The Hero Food Movement
Brief:
This was a 2 day assignment based on OpenIDEO and Jamie Oliver's competition to find solutions on how to teach American kids the importance of fresh and healthy food
Solution:
Our idea is to teach kids about the importance of fresh and healthy foods by a clear connection to their heroes. Superman has good eye sight, so maybe he eats carrots! Let’s talk about carrots. The goal is to create a positive spiral among student and parents in understanding the importance of fresh and healthy food.

Apoidea
Client description:
Our client was another Hyper Island team that had an idea for a service that lets you upload and create a library of images that inspire you and others. An outlet for you to keep all your online images organized.
Brief:
As an agency, define core brand features and create a visual identity for your client.
Deliver a brand book and freely create something that represents the brand. (Product, website, exhibition etc.)
Our client wanted us to do a full on re-brand. They wanted a new company name, a logo, a brand book and design mock-ups for their web application.
We came up with the name Apoidea after a certain kind of bees. Bees gather nectar to their beehive to make honey, and that is a good metaphor for what you're doing with this service. You gather images to your online hive.
The bee theme comes back in the logo design. The Apoidea logo is made out of four hexagons, just like in a beehive.
